The Guild Manor System

You will be able to go on your estate building quest in HighStreet 5’s upcoming Guild Manor Version! In this latest version, you can procure a private estate where you and other guild members can throw crazy theme parties, have heart-wrenching chats as well as enjoy hard-to-come-by comfort and luxury only available to patrons of the most exclusive clubs!

Making the estate a private retreat for you and your guild members requires concerted efforts from EVERYONE in the guild. Now let’s see how you can contribute to turn an ordinary manor into the coziest base for your guild:

1. To Open an Estate

You have to be a Guild Master of Level 3 or above guild to open an estate. As the estate is not meant to be your private property, you have to fulfill another requirement to get one – you have to have at least 2008 Guild Contribution Points in your vault to settle the bill.

If you don’t belong to any one guild, you may want to create one so that you can experience the thrill of creating and building up an empire of a guild. However, you have to reach Level 10 and show a healthy score balance of 10000 Scores to create a guild.

When the two requirements are met, you only need to click on the ‘Guild’ icon (Picture 1) in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to call out the ‘Create-a-Guild’ window shown in picture 2. There, you should enter the name for your guild. You will become a Guild Master when you click on the ‘Set Up’ button.

After creating a guild, on the pop-up ‘Guild’ window, you can click on the ‘Open Estate’ button on the right hand
side (Picture 3) to unlock the doors to your estate. When this is successfully done, the ‘Open estate’ button will promptly be replaced by an ‘Enter Estate’ button (Picture 4) on which you click to gain access to the private space designated for your guild.





2. To Construct and Renovate the Guild Manor

Upon your entrance to the estate, you need to decide on the architectural style of your guild manor. At present, you can choose one of the three styles shown below:

Simply click on the floating 3-D ‘arrow’ icon to preview the three architectural styles before you decide on one that suits you and your guild best.

Building a home is never easy, and therefore expect to wait for about 1 hour before you can see the grand manor for future guild events and parties materialize. When the construction of the manor completes, you can click on the NPC at the entrance to go inside and start your renovation project!

To start, simply click on the ‘Map’ icon on the right-hand side (Picture 5) to view the floor plan, a complete list of estate items available and their distribution in the vast network of function rooms in the manor (Picture 6).





When you are prepared to take on the ardent task of transforming the house into a home for your guild, click on either the floating 3-D ‘diamond’ icon or the ‘Build’ icon (Picture 7) on the right-hand side of the screen to view the lists of guild-specific estate items and get a general understanding of what estate items your guild can produce at present and in the future. When you see something suitable, simply click on the item icon to launch the production and in no time, you can start to fill your home with decorative as well as functional estate items. It requires concerted effort from EVERY Guild member to transform a cold building into a comfort zone that its inhabitants are ready to call home! So pitch in, contribute to your guild as much as you can and set the production line in motion!
