1. How did you get to know HighStreet5 PH?

2. When did you start playing HighStreet 5?
-July 23, 2008, I'm currently a Game Assistant that time :D

3. What do you like most in the game?
-Clothes and Songs

4. How did you come up with your in-game name?
-Shiroi is a Japanese word of "White" and I love color white :D

5. Who is your best friend inside the game? And do you have a girlfriend/boyfriend inside the game?
-My best friend in game is my wife/girlfriend named "Nhefie" and yes I have a Girlfriend/Wife in game :D

6. What is your happiest moment in-game?
-My happiest moment in-game is when I met my Friends/Guildmates.

7. What is the meaning of the name of your guild?
-PIONEER means " Being a one of the first " / "A player starts a new cycle of life" :P

8. How many guild members are there in your guild?
-Our guild is currently in level 4 so our member for now has a 200 members.
but we have a extension guild so a total of 300.

9. As a Guild Leader, how did you retain your Guild members?
-It is so hard to retain my guild members because sometimes there's a conflict between other members but
I always try to fix their problems as much as possible. And I always reminds them the essence of true friendship.
And the meaning of this game is to ENJOY not to fight against other players.

10. How do you introduce your members to the new guild member?
-Every time that there's a new member, my members says" Welcome to our guild and Enjoy your stay, Make friends and Have fun!"
or "Hi" "Hello" "Welcome" "Enjoy".
And I make some introduction about the new member.
So the members will introduce themselves.

11. How would you feel if one of your closest friends left the guild?
-Of course I will be sad but 1st I will ask them why they left the guild, and after knowing the reason/s
I will try to solve it and make him/her back to the guild. :)

12. Did you experience argument between your members? What did you do to solve the problem?
-Yes! Sometimes, I always want to solve those problems. I always asking what are those problems
can we try to solve it? And as much as possible don't make things bigger so we can solve this problems
easier.

13. What will you do if you see that some of your members are not active?
-I ask them if they will play again or I will do everything to find a contact to them just to ask
what happen to them why they are not active.

14. Do you meet up with your guild members in real life? Being a Guild Leader, how would you organize events for them and encourage them to participate in guild events?
-Yes I met a lot of them, I always organized EB for them. Hmm, I always ask a survey to them if where/when/what will we do in
EB. And finalize it clearly & smoothly.

15. What is your message to your buddies, friends or to the whole HS5 community?
-Hi to my friends out there! :)) I'm glad that I met you all here in Highstreet5, Just don't forget
the real meaning of FRIENDSHIP. Always try to smile what ever happens~! I Love you all and God bless.!
